Accent Fitness invites you to participate in our 2012 Food Awareness Program (FAP). This program is designed to inspire learning about your personal relationship with eating and food. This is an awareness program to built knowledge, it is not about forcing any changes into your life. You may or may not find on the journey that you are inspired to change but that is not a requirement for participation. Just go with the flow and see where it takes you.
Program Details
- Dates: January 15th, 2012 - April 15th, 2012 (3 months)
- Time Commit: About 5 minutes per day.
- Cost: 100% free
Program Requirements
- Required
- Maintain a daily food journal using an online food tracker program.
- I use My Plate at Livestrong.com but you can use any program.
- Not Required
- Changing your current eating habits
- Changing or adding exercise
- Weighing yourself
- Optional
