2010 USAT Official Rankings

The official 2010 USAT rankings where published this month.  I am ranked 226 out of 1927 females in 30-34 age group with a score of 86.40646.  That's the top 13% which is pretty cool.  Top 5% get the All American title and top 5-10% get Honorable Mention title.

Week 15: Ironman Training Recap: I somehow survived the insanity of last week and dove right back into it this week. I traveled to Denver for work on Tuesday/Wednesday so that broken up my routine and actually gave me the opportunity to recover more than usual mid-week. The weekend training was awesome. Got in the last hard core run-bike-run sandwich on Sunday. I'm not gonna lie though.. 15 weeks of Ironman Training has definitely taken a mental toll and I was unmotivated to wake up on Sunday. But once I started running, my body actually adopted better than my mind. It was a case...

Week 16: Ironman Training Recap: This was the lead-in week to my two week taper. So there was a reduction in training hours and even more to come in the next week. My swim was feeling really strong, especially Tuesday AM after taking Monday as a full recovery day. Saturday was the last long ride and I felt really strong. Sunday run didn't feel as great as last Sunday... I don't think the rain helped. That will be the last long run as well. I can't believe we are less than 2 weeks away. I have downloaded and printed the Athlete's Guide. It's real!...
