As of today, there is only 6 days before my first race of 2010! Yippie! So spent the last week jamming in the workouts after returning from back East. Need to scale back a bit this week and recover in time for Sunday.

- SWIM: Master swim class. 90 min

- BIKE: Spin class @ PAC. Taught class
- BIKE: Rainy Sunday Bike Ride. 20 miles. 1:15.
2/22
- BIKE: Spin & Lift class @ 24 Hour. Taught class.
- RUN: 2 mile treadmill run.
