So I have determined that the Garmin 405 has actually become a hindrance to my objective to increase my run speed. I am starting a new approach to not using it and instead, focusing on how to listen to my body and run appropriately. We will see how this goes!! I am definitely thinking that I will not use the Garmin on my next two races. Just run, forget obsessing what speed I am at and just do it!
- SPIN: 60 min. Taught class
- 5 min warmup
- 35 min aerobic conditioning in Zone 2.
- 15 min time trial on the edge of Zone 3-4
- 5 min cooldown
- RUN: 15 mins transition run off of the spin bike. Practiced new skills learned at Tri California Coaches clinic.
