I said a long time ago that the Garmin 405 is my favorite running partner. So I don't know why it took me so long (like 8 months) to finally hook it up to the laptop and download my training courses on the bike and run. The results are amazing. The Garmin Connect website is super cool!
Thanks to the advise of GIna Kehr, I decided to try out an interval brick workout combining four short bike/run combinations at maximum speed. OMG, the runs felt like death. It was really hard but great training!!
4 rounds of BIKE: 4.75mi, RUN: 1.2mi, REST: 10min.
