I ventured back to Coyote Point park for another attempt at the open water swim. Only this time, the water was quite choppy and the tide was out. It was definitely more challenging than last Friday but I stuck it out and did three laps around the swim area markers, for a total of 40 minutes, probably over one mile.
- SWIM: Open Water. 40 min. approx over 1 mile.
- X-training: 60min. Sports Conditioning Class. Taught class.
- Kickboxing: 60 min. Taught class.
