SWIM WORKOUT: 1:05h. Triath
- 300 warm-up
- 200 kick
- 10 x 50 at pace - RI: 10 sec (500)
- Ladder - 100,150, 200, 200, 150, 100-RI :15 sec (900)
- 500 paddles/pull buoy
- 8 x 75 - Drill, swim, drill in IM order (600)
- 100 cooldown
TOTAL: 3000 yards
- Sports Conditioning: 1 hour. Taught class.
- Kickboxing: 1 hour. Taught class.
